Looks like you got a good bit of cancer around the A arm location on the frame.

Well thanks to etyper I'm going to swap in a 84 yota front axle. For ease of install I'm going to buy a TG kit for the swap. Instead of fabing everything my self.http://www.trail-gear.com/sas.html

Raptor man I've allways admired your truck.

Are those the MTZs from Mickey Thompson?

If so, how do ya like em? I was thinking about getting them as my next set.

From the sounds of it, they were slipping pretty good.

I started to take the front suspension off last night. It was going pretty good untill it got dark out. Today after work will, be time spent with the hot wrench.

I had 2 friends stop over to see it. They both said I was crazy for doing it to such an old truck. They aren't wheelers though they don't understand.

You are moving along quick! I was going to get the same kit for my truck. But I decided to pick up the FJ40 instead of doing the swap.

I am sure it will not be long before you have this thing back on the road again :-P

I only got two brackets torched of today. The tanks are empty. That's another $120 and an hour of my time just to fill them up again.
