I bought Doom, Up In Smoke, Git-R-Done, Red Eye, Stealth, Full Metal Jacket, The Good The Bad And The Ugly, and Unfinished Life and Into The Blue on dvd, and The Rundown, Gone In 60 Sec., The Last Castle, and Sleepy Hollow on vhs, all for $20. What do you all think about this?

not the remake, I don't see how Nick Cage keeps getting roles, he just reads the lines with the same dopey expression, no emotion or depth. the CG sucked in it too.

No kidding. Cage sucks! I can't beleive that when they finally release a movie about 9/11, they put Cage in it.

not to be a bummer, but any price other than free is a rip off for VHS. it's just a dead format. not to mention rewinding and horrible picture/sound quality. it's the same as using floppy discs or cassettes.

Floppy are out!

I'm dialing my tech guy, wish this dial on the phone was faster.

And my "Walkman" just ate my Night Ranger Cassette!

We will see how Bluray does. Since a standard format still cannot be agreed upon, it will take time to see if it sticks. It might be the next Hi-8 or Betamax or the original DiVX player (not the computer version)... At least with DVD, Sony, Panasonic and Toshiba all agreed to use Toshiba's standard for DVD before they released them to the public.

FMJ has the distinction of being the last major motion picture intentionally recorded in mono.

None, actually. Since my dad was selling them for a friend from work, I couldnt choose/set a lower price for fewer movies, so I got the most for my hard-earned $, and took the whole package. yeah, gotta love that Full Metal Jacket.
"B.S. I bet you could suck a golf ball through a garden hose." And, "'Me love you long time', 'me so horny." -Still make me laugh every time.
