Default 1:1 wheelin up in Rowher Flats

hey all,
wanted to share some pics from my weekend trip up to Rowher Flats in Ca. Rowher is a OHV park so there was alot of dirt-bikes and ATVs out there. It wasnt a hard trail, i went out just me and some friend for more testing of new parts and relaxing, not bashing and trashing!!! It was about 3-3 1/2 hour long trail with sand, rocks and ruts. The scenery was amazing, from the top of the mountain you could see Antelope Valley to Magic Moutain!! on the way down the mountain we ran in to some nice hills !! the only damage though out the whole trip was the back drivers side tire got shredded on some rocks.:-( OH and i forgot to air down at the begining of trail, hah so i went the whole time with 35psi !! oopss i was too busy eating and findind a place to drain the lizard!!

up the hill..passing a few dirtbikers on the way. pretty simple climbs!

close up going up the hill....i dont know why my friend took it so close??

My friend trying to drive..

these little hills were fun!! bouncing the back end!!

a little rock crawling

king of the hill!!

this pic is a optical illusion, the hill was steep...just not 90* steep

i guess a random shot!!

the famous flexy shot....1:1 and RCs both have t do it when having a photo session!!

here is a click of a tiny hill climb and my friend yelling at me !! WARNING THE QUALTIY IS REALLY BAD!!

thats about it
thanks for looking!!

no, im not that skilled yet!! the JC fab place did.

i did the clutch, welded parts of of the roll cage, winch, made a Hi jack mount, gas can carrage, worked on parts of the high steering....just little things

soon im gunna end up selling all my rc crawlers and use 100% of my time on 1:1. Do some more local collage classes, try to get a job at JC fab and design. My dream is to go to Wyo Tech!

Where will that leave our comp series that you organized? No big deal, but if this is true please let us know now so we can find someone else to the job.

no no no im talking soon like a year soon, i was looking at my life not anytime soon!!! And i might not get out, just put aside for a while!!
i just keep spending all my money on rc cars along with all my time working on them instead of schooling and expanding my knowledge of auto, fabrications, and machining!!

I've never understood the logic of this. Why not keep one and take it wheeling with you?

Man I haven't gone on a trail ride in so long I miss it. My dad has been taking my Jeep wheeling instead of me. Hell he even broke my front axle joint in my 44. I think it just wore out. Didn't hurt the axles any. He got lucky on that one. I told him if you break it you fix it. He still has it. Looks like you had some fun. The worse day wheeling is still better then a good day at work.

Well you have to put your schooling / training ahead of hobbies so don't put off that on our account. Just give us a good heads up before you dump us like a crack who*e.
