Default A little Fathers Day fun with my M5 Shotgun and a GoPro

Hey guys, I thought I'd share this. For Fathers Day I took my Rock Island M5 shotgun out for some fun involving some bottles with water and some with soda pop. I used Remington "Slugger" 1 oz. slugs and Hornady Zombie Max "Just in case" 00 Buck Shot. Here's what happened .

*WARNING-If you have a soft spot for plastic bottles you may not want to watch, lol. They all have a bad day in this video.

I agree. It's my favorite gun to shoot at the moment. We target shoot (and keep score) as a family, and when they all start arguing over whos shot went where I settle the arguments with this. Then Dad wins everytime.

My friend goes around during the summer and hits the garage sales for stuffed animals. Doesn't matter the condition or kind. He especially likes the animatronic ones, like the popular elmo dolls...needless to say, once he has a decent amount, there is a massacre. We usually make the elmo dolls do bad things to each other, then shoot them.

My daughters would kill me if I did that.

Thanks. It's a lot shorter than I was hoping (that's what she said too ) but I ran out of bottles and it started raining. I wish I would've got the Zombie targets on film. The slug absolutely scattered those. I had paper/foam and plastic all over the yard. The next video will be longer with more stuff exploding.

It was the most fun that I've had with a gun to date. I'll definitely be doing it again!

If you can legally buy it in your area, look for "Star Targets." Attach to whatever you want to blow up and shoot with SUBsonic rounds. Tannerite, if you have SUPERsonic guns.

If you and the family enjoy shooting, maybe you should check out an Appleseed event. It is a rifle marksmanship and heritage clinic. They have them at Red Brush Rifle Range and have one coming up in July. I will be there with my 7 yr old son.

I saw that. They have sensitive targets for .22s listed on Ebay.

Worked for everyone else, not sure why yours doesn't work. Try going to Youtube if you still want to see it.

Thanks for the info. My family will be out of town for the next 7 weeks, so I won't be attending. We just enjoy plinking mainly.
