At least the rally guys are in a cage though. Strapped in, too. These guys are just hanging on for dear life, and moving all over and etc. Crazy, dumb, brave, brain dead, … I have no idea.

I had a go at it about 16 years ago when i was right into trackdays on sportsbikes , back then i was also racing MTB,s so was seriously fit.
did 5 laps on the chair of a ZZR 1100 based outfit , i got arm pump so bad i could hardly hang on , and when the knee slider attached to my ass cheek touched the bituman a little bit of poo came out. Seriously mental experiance that i will never forget. The scary thing was he wasn,t even remotely trying

Another mate of mine who was a navigator in a 400 ci chev jet boat and navigator in a sss Datsun 1800 rally car also had a go , and he reckoned it was the most frightening thing he had ever done.:shock:
