| Tacoma canback
Well I wanted to do something different with my Tacoma... I had a roll bar with 5 KCs for a while and that was cool but the roll bar was a POS and squeaked and was rusting away So I took it out. The truck needed something so after I saw this new canback from Best Top, I ordered one up. I think it makes the truck look really cool. The side windows and rear windows come out for a Bakini top look and the whole thing can fold up in a matter of a minute or two. Well here is a couple pics. Let me know what ya think |

Love the looks of the top! My only concern would be longevity... Stupid plastic windows suck! And never ever leave anything in the bed of your truck... some dumbass will cut it for a 50 cent item... even if it's easy to open! |

SWEET, I am glade everyone so far thinks its cool. I am very happy with it. its made really really nice too! I also bought the lifetime warranty from Best Top on it, I figured better safe then sorry. It covers everything including zippers and windows. I definitely wont leave anything valuable still in the back, cause you never know I also also have a bed mounted spare tire carrier to put in with a fresh 35 and matching wheel. I want to ditch the roll pan (it broke again and im not fixing it again! paint is 70$ a pint!!!!) so who makes a cool rear tube bumper??? maybe front too??? I am thinking of doing black rock sliders too, and when its time for new tires im thinking of just a black wagon wheel now cause chrome wont get ya home |

I was gonna say, ditch that rear roll pan and get a real bumper. And get some sliders on that thing. The pan looks a bit silly with those nice tires and the lift. Love the canback though |

Mike, I like the looks of the All Pro bumper: http://www.allprooffroad.com/index.p...sk=view&id=104 I think before anything else, you should look into an SAS if you still want to run 37's. |

i dont like it, its not my truck so this is just my opinion, my truck is a pos and yours looks much nicer but the top seems silly with out back seats back there, seems the top would just get thrashed off road and i dont see the benefit of removeable windows if no one is sitting there.

I think the removable windows will be good for when I go down the beach with friends hanging out in in the bed. Plus the windows need to be removable so you can fold it up if you needed to stick something tall in the bed As for the durability, it seems pretty rugged. Ill be honest, this truck doesnt see alot of trail use since its my DD. I know alot of guys when wheeling just take thier tops off but some dont. -Mike | |
