First I've heard of a customer service issue with them. I've heard many ppl bashing the quality of there products which certainly didn't stop me from ordering two four link mounts and the panhard kit which imo seems to be just fine. I guess sometimes you just get unlucky. I've bought stuff from vendors that I've heard rave reviews on here about and had some serious problems.

I'm using their parts on my wheely king axles no probs . Have used their scx10 parts no prob . And always fast shipping . I see no pics and no explanation as to not use their products .
