| shipping costs from the us to canada
Just wondering if anyone has shipped to Canada from the US? I did an online quote through ups to ship a lathe motor and the quote came back for over 50 bucks!! Is that normal or what? I was going to go the ups store to get a quote but I did not get off of work early enough. Anyways, I thought it was an insane price but I have been surprised before. Thanks

ups is the biggest scam going. i buy ALOT of stuff from the us. ups is not allowed on my property anymore. with their hidden charges and fees, and they are NEVER on time . always 1-2 days late, yet according to their tracking and even the people at the call center..."it's scheduled for on time delivery by the end of the day". usps is the way to go. it's cheaper for the both parties,,and when it gets here, 99% of the time the stuff just shows up in my mailbox, and no extra costs!!

just drive it across the border and meet the guy on the other side. Canada isn't quite 2 hrs away, you know. much less if you speed. honestly though, just mail it. the post office is way better than ups or fedex. rash |
