Thanks for the compliment on the BBQ Train. Designed and built it myself a few years back out of all the scrap around the yard in a 2 day rush. We had a guy lined up to cook a whole pig for a party and he backed out 4 days before party.... I then in a mad rush Frankensteined together what you see there. A year later I found that chunk of stainless steel counter top and added that on the front with a hillbilly homemade hinge. Its not the prettiest contraption, but it slow cooks like a dream and holds temp perfectly for hours on end. | |
