Default Traxxas new release info

Anyone got any?
I read in crawler news on facebook that both traxxas and axial are going to be releasing new rides over the next couple days.

axial yeti xl = scale short course / trophy truck

traxxas = rumored either a scale crawler to replace the telluride or a trophy truck with possible rumored solid rear axle? or something nitro.... nitro is soo 2001.

There's been some posting on Traxxas' forum that Big Squid is claiming that something big is going to be announced, but I'm not sure how well believed that is over their........it's been looked on with a bit of eye rolling.

I will eat my hat if Traxxas releases a real scale vehicle. *

* said hats are limited to those made of freshly baked cookies and/or cake

Not willing to eat clothing, however I have to agree with that sentiment...........

Be kind of annoying anyway................now that I've just finished doing a basic trail rig buildup on a Telluride and all

That will be the day I eat my hat and quit. We've already got plenty of people who think a RTR should run forever and not need any upgrades. There's a reason I don't hang out on racing sites...

IMO - the more mfgrs that are in the crawling scene the more the aftermarket support will be!

I remember when the summit came out - the teaser ads had this site just jumping - followed by an aaww man - whats that?!
then the telluride - same thing - only with less anticipation than in the past....
come to the table traxxas - and bring the A game. do it right or don't do it at all.

Correct. A dutch rudder is definitely a "hands on" type of thing.
