| Alternative uses of RC parts
So I'm doing an inverted pendulm project for a class...the gear motor the professor supplied turned out to be shot, and I decided to wait till a week before the project was due to start working on it. So, lacking a motor to run the project, I have been madley trying everything in my parts boxes to get something working. First I was using some integy 55t's direct driving the belt pulley/gear. Smoked them out pretty fast. Next I tried the tranny out of my LCC with a tekin redline 13.5t... It was wAAAAy too fast. So then I decided to use one of the losi MOA axles I had laying around...it's a tad slow. I need to go to the hobby store tomorrow and get a bigger pinion, but i think it'll work |

I have got a cresting machine made from rc parts. The kids use it to decorate their self made arrows. |
