maybe someone here will have real answers.... I stopped using media player some time ago because of this issue, but in getting a Bose SoundTouch 20 for the house I need WMP to access my music. so here's what happens. 1. go to manage library 2. select correct folder location for my music 3. press F3 to update library some, not all of my music pops up, but before i can really do anything with any entry, they all disappear again. i can go in and move the files to another location, but the same thing happens. i read online about deleting .wmdb files, but following that process found 0 .wmdb files the other issue, and maybe its the problem...is in WMP i have a library entry titled SoundTouch Media Server. all my music is there, but the file info is jacked beyond recognition. anyone else using WMP find a fix for the missing library..... |
