i cant belive bows are still legal here but Lars might change that.
A knife is illigal, if it is larger than a tooth pick.
Guns are a no-no unless you have been a long time active member of a shooting club.
But you can buy a 4,5 mm airgun and they are not even capped for speed,,,, yet.
You can have a shotgun and hunting rifle, if you take the hunting licence, and then you can buy what ever you like as long as its not auto in any way and dont hold too many bullets.

Robin Hood style full length nock to tip split is impossible. Not simple splits, they could do those all day long.

My dad could robin hood an arrow within a few shots..but using the usual gear that would include aluminum arrows it gets expensive and not a straight through deal..arrow might get halfway in . More often then not in pro archery robin hoods happen by accident and at the same time shows how tight of a group you can shoot.
For a wooden arrow I don't know..maybee the grain of the wood makes it near immpossible
