Default building a crawlin spot

my wife and i bought this house about six months ago and there was big rocks lying in the yard everywhere. i finally got my brushless mantis crawler running right so i figured i would build a nice spot to crawl in the yard. so i bumed (sp?) my dads kubota for a few days and went to work. i will add some finished pics when i get done. i'm shooting for about 5 times the size in the pics. any ideas on something i should add would be great.

You'll have yourself an awsome crawlspot in no time. I built a crawling mound in my shop that consists of lava rocks and split wood. Needed some indooor fun.

thanks, we really love it here. we bought this cabin and 40 ac at a super deal. it is on one of the highest spots around so all i can see from any spot at the house is mountains.

call your local landscape supply company or some concrete places and see how much a few yards of rock would run you.

around here, its about 40 bucks a yard

the hill we live on is all rock. grass will hardly even grow. i have to add top soil anywhere i want grass. i could make that pile just about as big as i want. i thought about trying to build something and have a get together for some rc crawler guys.

add a few more rocks and a test run.

i love the new brushless motor. all kinds of power, but everytime i go out i break something. i have broken 5 rod ends and 2 shock mounts. i guess this is the first break for the new spot.

That looks like a fantastic spot to have in your back yard, that's better than my local crawling area!

Looks like you got a good start and a lot of land to work with. I'm sure it'll be a nice little play spot

yeah it seems to be the biggest one shot in the area this year. there is 270 ac that runs beside our 80 ac that a hunting club has and a 8 pointer was shot that same day. deer are everywhere around here. i have 2 feeders in my yard so my wife and i can look out the kitchen window while cooking in the morning and watch them feed.
