A guy on Adirondack Jeep's forum posted some pics of TLT-1 crawlers and got me interested. It sort of fits because my garage isn't heated and my wife started to complain when I talked about working on the Jeep inside this winter. |

I can't really say who specifically got me started. I had my Clod since I was 14 and had kept it around until I was 26 before I started messing with it again. I started looking for parts and found CT then started looking around at all the Clod Crawlers. That got me started, then through the informational grapevine of friends over there I ended up here and a couple other forums and got hooked on all the Scale crawlers and 4x4's I saw and got the bug. That was early 2004, the rest is history and MANY, MANY, MANY crawlers and RC's later. |

Saw an EMaxx based tuber a year ago on Ebay and freaked out. Bought it. Learned about RCCrawler there too. My '78 Blazer is on Super Swamper 44's so off roadn and crawling are in the blood. Raced RC for years and really glad RC turned into this direction!! Its all over for me.....I have found bliss!!! 2.2/Super Heaven!! |

Well coming from the 1:1 of trail work, & seeing what you guys were doing on the RC scale looked really cool. I already had a couple of 1/10 stadium trucks which have been a lot of fun, but this seems to put more realism into it with a scale build. Then I noticed they had a nice Bronco body, which I was, & still am a 66-77 Bronco nut (Had a 76 ). So I figured this was a more practical way of having another Bronco again . Rob |

I'm going have to say disturbin' tha peace got me started. Back on the r/c drifting boards I always saw his rock crawling post in the hawaii regional sections and it just went from there. I had an emaxx as a basher, saw his crawlers and decided to build myself an emaxx crawler. But as for actually building the emaxx, it was superman0604 that helped me get it started which I have yet to finish.

Ever since i was 4 yrs old and upwards i had always liked fast R/C cars and trucks. And one day while i was searching the net{2 years ago} i found this site and have been Obsessed With rock crawlers ever since. I used to think going fast was alot more fun than going slow. I WAS WRONG My first truck i had was a Txt-1 I got it at xmas in 2004 which is now 14'er and i also have a stick crawler Regards james |

I found a Bullhead in my garage, and decided to put it on ebay. Before I did so, I did a google search to find out how much it was worth. I found RCC. Needless to say, I still have the truck. |

JIA, with one of his his articles on crawling, back in '04, accompanied by a "TLT you can build" sidebar. So I built the TLT, over and over again. Technically I still have it |
