I guess 3 kit releases in a row has them looking for something else to complain about?

Ok, I can admit I was wrong. I didn't think a Bomber kit would be worth it. They added enough extras for me. If I were buying a Bomber today, I would get the kit.

ummmm yes it will. axial even marketed it as an optional extra when they first released the Bomber RTR. scroll to the bottom of this page. http://www.axialracing.com/products/ax90048

The gold color is because it's a hard anodize. That's just the way it comes. It will give you better surface hardness and better wear characteristics. Not great but better.

I havent used my score with the vanguard system.
Does it have any low speed control?

I'm not saying anyone is talking about me but I never complained about them not making one, just heard through the grape vine they weren't. Not a big deal anyway as I would't use most of the kit stiff anyway and would probably build it exactly as I built my RTR.

Those shock caps and collars should have come on the RTR. That should have been the minimum to call them "Kings". The RTRs didn't come with Kings, they came with dry, craptastic, leaky once filled, blue and silver Taiwanese specials. If Axial offers these caps and collars separately, it may be worth rebuilding the RTRs with Traxxas X rings that won't leak.

After seeing everything now, I'm really glad I got an RTR and didn't wait. If they were both available at launch, I'm honestly not sure which one I would've bought. They both need everything replaced except for the universals and upper links in the kit.

I kinda like the look of those links I think I might pick up a set for my RTR. In he mean time we're about to see a lot more Bombers around.

Hd gears? thats $50 right there. Universals another $40. that alone is worth it imo plus the clear body.

It does not, because it is unsensored.

If all you plan to do is rock race/bash around, the Vanguard is fine.

As a side note....I've been running the R35 KR2s on my yeti for a while now. Pretty dang good tire if you ask me
