i am a proud portlandian. nope, nobody in portland knows how to drive in the snow especially toyoslow, he almost lost his new rig on new years eve day

it seemed like the first dude with the minivan was doing it intentionally as i heard him pedal on and off...and he was going faster than others and he wasnt using his brakes ...dont people have ABS these days?
its pretty crazy tho....that beamer towards the end..the black one...good thing that guy didnt go ahead and go down the hill where everyone else slipped on...and the insurance companies must be going CRAZY!!!!
