Default Plastic Models

I could have sworn there was a thread for plastic models, but couldn't find it, so here's a new one for anybody else who may be into them.

Now that I'm out of the hobby shol and have a job that isn't hobby related, I'm starting to pick plastic models back up again, Dad and I picked these up at the Dupage Plastic Kit & Toy Show today.

The '41 Plymouth is his while the rest is mine, it'll be the first kit he's built since I was 5.........and I just turned 40 last week

Lut this together, It's one of Revell's Build and Play TJ kits, left it in the green it was molded in and just detail painted things.

And here's how they look when built straight out of the box

Thanks on the Jeep, it's not bad for something you're supposed to give kids to start on, then play with! Didn't see any Non-Mopar kits I had interest in other than the AMT '53 F-100 kit, but I had one of the Atlantic kits, but sold it years ago, and deciced to get this one, not knowing if I'd be able to find another, same with the 300C on not knowing if Incould find one again. Dad wanted a post war Plymouth coupe, like his first car was, but unfortunetly, nobody makes one, so he decided to give this one a shot, especially since it has the 217" (about 3.5l) Flathead I-6, just like his '50 had He was also interested in the same AMT '53 F-100 kit I did, so I may see if the Hobby Lobby nearest to here still has it next Saturday so I can pick it up with a 40% coupon
