Default Pictures from my Rubicon trip *picture heavy*

Just got back from the Rubicon last night. Here are some of the pictures that I was able to take with my phone while we were running it. We have a ton more pictures, but they are on my brothers phone, and two of our buddies phones. More to come later.

**Most of these are in no particular order**

Enjoy!

It was a lot of fun I just put the servo on my crawler the night before we left. Brand new in box 5955. I ran it at home for about half a pack to test it out and see the power, and then the next time I used it was at the Rubicon. Started working speraticaly, and then just seized up.

The highway from South Lake Tahoe to the Rubicon, is a bit scary. You drive over the peak of a mountain with hardly any gaurd rails and like an 800ft. drop on each side. The switch back section in the highway right after the ridge, was also a bit hairy.

I ran the 'Con back in 2004, I need to go back now that I have a Wraith to take also. Are those reflective road markers on the slabs? Those will make late night beer runs a breeze.

I can remember reading the articles in 4 wheeler magazine when I was a kid about the Jeepers jamboree, I've always wanted to drive this trail.

I'm guessing there are multiple trails around the lake w/ different levels of difficulty?

Yep. Reflective road markers... all the way up to the granite bowl.

It is a must do. I didn't have any videos on my phone, but I think that the others got one or two.

There are bypass trails for those who are too afraid to attempt the more challenging trails. we were going to go to the jeepers jamboree, but didn't want to get stuck in a major traffic jam on the trail. Turns out a girl rolled off of Cadillac hill at the jamboree and got burnt up pretty bad. Glad I wasn't there now....
