Default I felt like Kak today

I have been telling my collegues at work about rock crawlers these past few weeks. Today I took my truck to work to show them. I went to the rock pile and the truck just would not grip. It would not climb an inch. It had been a bit frosty and a bit damp and the wheels just would not grip whatsoever. They all walked away laughing saying how **** the trucks where. :-(

Why do you care what they think? I find it better to just enjoy your toy and let them come over and watch and ask questions.

I would not care as a rule, but I have been trying to promote these trucks to my colleques in the hope of trying to attract others into the "sport". Today just did not go well at all.

That was why I was so dissapointed.

Yeah, I took my Mini-T into school once, I couldn't find the step pin tires so I had to run the paddle tires indoors, talk about embarrasing. :-(

I see your problem... You need Tires! (or however you guys spell it... tyres?) Wheels aren't going to grip much!

Seriously though, moabs suck when they are cold.

Thanks Unholy.

Perhaps that was the problem with the Moabs as it was cold. When I came home I e-mailed them the video section link to rccrawler, so I hope that I can still get their interest.

Wait till a sunny warm day. I know it could be a while there in the UK. Or take them to a spot you have pre run.
