| lives somebody here near Van Wert OH

I'd tell him that's BS and either get that f*er sent out or refund you the money. There's a reason you pay for shipping and handling when you buy something.

thats real BS , he will not respond my emails and the ebay buyers protection will not work , because i have paid via money order :? i´ve paid $71 for the lathe and $30 for shipping , not sure why he dont ship it , his feedback was not bad "Positive Feedback: 96.7% " van wert´s zip 45891 |

How does his financial problems affect him shipping you the item? You paid him $30 for the shipping! Sounds like he is scaming you. |
