Default Replacing fireworks with drones

Will this happen in the near future? Watching the local news this morning, they were talking about replacing fireworks with drones.... There goes the neighborhood, thats dumb , just doesn't make sense, but it'll happen tho ! Safety is a priority, or is there just to many DUMBASSES out there ? Thousand of years fireworks have been here , just to get replaced with quadcoptors .

If we get to shoot at the stupid fawking drones I'm all for it. Strap tannerite and sulphur/magnesium to them for pretty colored explosions.

It is indeed cool when they fly 1000 drones with RGB light on, but there is a long way up to Japanese fireworks.

BTW listen in how it some times sould like a A-10 attack with GAU8

Meh, get a smack in the face by a racing drone and then tell me its safer lol. Busybodies want everyone to be wrapped in bubblewrap before they can even open the front door, let alone step out there.

So So stupid. I get the whole fire thing but really. Never watched a Drone Show or Drone works thing but F That. I'll bring my own v-12 powered Mega fan so they can't fly.

Listen to any real fireworks show. Thanks to the Chinese it is now in our human DNA to do the "Ooh Ah" when they go boom. Doubt you'll hear that from a Drone Show. More like "Fawk this".

I agree with the below comments. Strap some boom stuff to the drones and let's have some fun.

Drones aren't fireworks.

Memorial Day and Independence Day aren't the same without fireworks.

I saw a bunch of people on Facebook whining about fireworks because their pets are afraid. Soon we'll get a call from PETA to ban fireworks. One dude was going on about how he spends each year in the tub with his dog trying to calm it down due to the fireworks...

It would be another subject, BUT my dogs are not scared of fireworks, they see them , hear them, but don't acknowledge them , its funny cuz its like they ignore them and continue with their business.

My friends last dogs have been terrified of fireworks, the dog he had when i met him, you would want on a leash cuz to it fireworks no matter how flamy and boomy would be chew toys.

Lucky for the dogs ,,, and us i assume fireworks here have become so boring its not worth it spending money on that anymore.

2 of my 3 dogs are afraid. They go hide inside and I go blow up more money in fireworks.
