Default worlds fastest beetle

Ron Patrick's Street Legal Jet Powered Beetle
hears link http://www.ronpatrickstuff.com/
The car is licensed here in California. In California, new cars have bi-annual smog inspections so if you modify the engine, it is likely to fail the inspection and you won't be able to drive it on the street. There are some exempt engine modifications (ex. after-cat mufflers - big deal) but none that will allow you to add 1350 hp to a new car.

all i can say is daum

A guy here in town has an engine from an Apache in a minivan.

He actually drove the thing to the hobby shop on the stock engine.

I tried to get him to fire up the big engine but he wouldn't do it.

I could see it now, Owner drives to Starbucks and gets a 6 dollar coffee. Owner drives slowly out of parking lot, starts to get into the throttle and WHOOOSH! 6 dollar coffee gets SUCKED out of cupholder and shot out the back in a small ball of flame and a puff of smoke..... That would be SWEET!
