|  RIP Grant Imahara
This one is kind of a shocker because he was fairly young and seemingly healthy. Grant Imahara of Mythbusters and BattleBots fame has died at the age of 49. I didn't watch more than an episode of BattleBots, but Mythbusters was a show that pretty much any engineer, tinkerer, maker or DIYer loved and he was a big part of it for a long time. He died yesterday, July 13th, as the result of a brain aneurysm. Rest in peace, Mr. Imahara!  |

Wow! That's terrible, We've watched MB for so long and so often that he's almost part of the family....we just watched 2 last night. Far too young.

he and Adam were my favorite busters. His positive energy and excitement was contagious. So sad to see him gone so early. Little known fact: he used to get into the c3p0 costume for ILM whenever they did a major star wars event. RIP, Grant. We miss you already. |
