I have hundreds of hours on the sim at the LHS does that count? I figure I will crash a few hundred virtual planes and heli's before I give the real thing a shot.

My Trex 450 is about to take its first flight, and most likely crash tomorrow.

Ive been playing Realflight G3 at work for a little over a year now I guess. Went out just last weekend and flew my first plane. Was just a shock flyer, but it was a freakin blast. Before that I got a Blade CX when they came out, and had a CP, but I sold em off to fund a crawler...now Im dying to get another aircraft radio so I can take to the air!

To say I fly would be giving me too much credit.

I've been known to fly a little.

One I'm messing with now.

Should cruise at 100MPH under throttle and glide like a kite.

I would say I've been flying for about 5 years, but anyone who saw me try to fly my stryker-c at the idaho comp last year would disagree

STEEL_CITY, the 117 will have elevons put on, that's all it'll need for control.

My brother brought one of those Sharper Image dragonfly things with the tail rotors. What a piece of crap. It doesn't stay in the air for more than seven seconds, underpowered, and the a slight breeze takes it where it wants. I have a 6 channel FM radio system and plan on getting a plane and chopper. My brother bought an electric plane in 2001 and sent in back for a refund. What a POS that was.
