I've got an OLD Kyosho Optima Mid 1/10 scale 4WD buggy that needs help. The tranny gears are stripped, and it's so old (cerca late 80's/early 90's) the LHS doesn't have replacement parts for it. The center gear (not sure the 'proper' name). I'd really like to get it running again, it's been sitting in my brother's garage for, well, about 10 years or so...

I think I have one of these at my shop sitting around.... is it chain/belt driven down the center of the car? ill look.
