Since when did Britain pay 50% in tax to the Queen? She pretty much pays for herself in attracting Japanese tourists.

I thought I'd clear something up for you, I know back in the day, (when we were kicking your arse's and you were wearing "Red Coats") we were "yanks" But during the American civil war, "Yanks" were residents of Northern states, while we referred to the Southern state residents as Rebels.
so technically, "Yanks" are Northern state residents to most of us.
