I had an idea using a t3 tranny so if anyone has the time. Also, please just quote me a price im not exactly loaded so i might have to say no if you want/need a lot of money for the job. Just pm me if you think you fit what i need. THanks.

you can use t3 tranny because i sold a tranny to a guy for it. But if you can get a stampede chassis it would be a little eaiser. I can probably make you a chassis tho i have never made a shafty chassis. PM me your template or ideas

No your a moron-a Stealth tranny is really the better of the two. A pede tranny is just easier to do because it does accept stampede driveshafts. However Stealth's are better built, you can get a full metal gear upgrade for around what it would cost you for a cold fusion diff gear for a pede, they're easyer to bolt up, smaller, and just plain cooler then a pede tranny. And honestly-I know five year old kids that can talk more articulate than you, so stop being a dumbass. | |

Damn, Even BigRed is talking down to you. You Go bigred! How's it feel? That's some funny shi@t G, give us a little more info as to the chassis you want. Tube, sheet, alloy, plastic, beer can, axles to be used, suspension setup. You know the info needed to give a ballpark $. |

Ok so its going to be using tlt axles, obviously lol, and the way I wanted to do it was take the t3 transmission mounted on the metal t3 rear chass brace and have the flat part stick out the side of the chassis for a electronics mount(using traxxas radio box(will explain later but shouldnt make anything difficult. Have 2 brace bars going across that can put a screw up through the t3 chassis brace into a set of the t3 bulks. screw the side of the chassis into the upper rear chassis brace. so basically its two sideplates with some cut out stuff(a lot of cut out stuff actually) 2 braces, and some other side chassis braces because it will need to be wider than the stock chassis. I am planning on use of monster gt shocks also.

But that wasn't related to my post, so please give up on my thread. I asked a question about having a chassis made not which is better. And frankly I dont care what you think, You continue with your pos plastic 20 dollar tranny and leave me alone and ill use my ball bearing metal geared proven tranny and have a chassis made, just like anyone who uses a stampede tranny would.... this guy needs a mod to warn him or something...

Hey, just took a look and I'm not sure if you care, but The Stealth is layed out just like the Pede Tranny(If anything the Stealth is a little more Compact). I swear I you could make it work in a Bulu 2( I know i could).
