WOW man, need way more info. Maybe like: 2.2 or super? dig or no dig? rear stear or no? Clod or shaft (incase you go DX6 route)? |

Get a DX6 then if you plan on a Super. You'll love the 6 for Supers, but there's no way you're going to race with it unless you've grown up on stick radios. The radios you listed are cool for racing, also look at the Nomadio React |

i dont like the looks of the jr z-1 or the spektrum dx3r, my main choices would be between the airtronics and the futaba | |

I have a Nomadio Sensor. Talk about not liking the looks of a TX...there's a perfect example. But once you use it the looks don't matter. If it feels good during a 45 minute main...that negates any issues with looks. Function and feel are my two most important requirements in a radio. Looks aren't that important. |

I use all JR radio equipment, they have a 3 year no question asked warranty on there servos, ESCs, radios etc. I love my z-1, it feels awesome, is easy to use IMO...only downside is the 3rd channel is not 3 position :-( I hear that the r1 does have a 3 position 3rd channel. I bet you can pick one of those up off ebay for a good price. -Mike |
