What races you entered and your start and finish places. How far your willing to drive and a total write up of what you run. Just off the top.

Well, the whole idea behind sponsorship is what you have to offer. It should be approached in much the same manner as a job resume.

How long you've been at it.
What cars/trucks you've built yourself.
Where/when you've raced and results.

Stuff like that...

Hey lighten up i spelled it correctly in the title you get the point, unless you have a learning disability yourself

Well just recieved an email from a company outlining exactly what they look for, thanks for the help anyway guys.

Here it is
What to include in resume:
- Personal info - contact info: name, age, address, plus hobbies & other interests
- Character - How would you describe yourself / your personality, are you approachable?, helpful to others?, competitive?
- Brief R/C racing history - How did you get started in racing R/C?, Where did you begin racing R/C - what city/track/shop?, What classes did race in?
- Current R/C racing info - What tracks are you currently racing at?, What classes are you currently racing in?, What national/regional level races do you plan to attend in the future? What are your short-range and long-range goals in the R/C racing scene?
- Racing accomplishments - race results from the last two seasons, plus any significant R/C racing accomplishments in the past.

Keep in mind sponsorship has alot to do with your personality also. You are promoting there porduct and name.
The things you do both on and off the track(course) are equally important.

i wouldn't worry about sponsorship. just kick @$$ at comps/races, be friendly, represent yourself properly(good sportsmanship) and they will come.

Ha ha no, just real cheap, and besides I have figured out if you want anything in this "small" sport of ours you have to go get it yourself. No waiting around!

I will 2nd this! I race clod busters in the NRCTPA and dreamed of being a member of Tweaked Racing... I started making more and more events, raced the best I could, always had a good attitude (even on the days when I didnt run well), next thing ya know, Tim Powers is asking me to be on his Team.

That's my longest running sponsor.

I pretty much gave up AM radios altogether. The 2.2 and the scaler are sporting a DX3 now. The super is still running a TQ3 though, I can't quit cold turkey.
