Default Depron Micro Rigger

I have finally started my new project. A brushless micro rigger boat. Its made from Depron(foam) and 1/64" plywood. Total RTR weight will be a little under 13 oz and is capable of 50 MPH. It can be purchased from here http://www.bizingo.com/m/renegade%20riggers/
Here are some specs
400 outrunner
Castle Phoenix 25 Esc
3 cell Lipo
Hitec Hs55 servo
full Octura Hardware
heres my progress so far

Will end up looking like this when finished

and heres a vid

I'm hoping to have it running by the weekend. So what do ya think so far?

Heck yeah!

Should be fun.

You'd think we'd be working on boats during the winter so they're ready for spring/summer.

wow pretty fast. i would think they would be very limited to water conditions in terms of running them.still very cool.

the water thing is the only thing stopping me from getting one. you can always run a offshore boat in calm water but the same need not apply backwards for boats with no deadrise. verycool, not my style but who doesn't like speed

good to see more boats on this site

you dont know how bored i got..lol. I made a hydro boat out of 2 dvd cases, but I was being retarded and left it sitting on the floor, and when my mom walked in to wake me up she stepped on it :-(

I made an air boat out of a lego propeller, mini-z motor and a revell model kit box and i seal the cracks with super glue

Well 3 days later I finally got the camera back

Well here she is, she's ready to hit the water(hoping to go tomorrow). I still need to do some minor finishing things. For my first wood boat I'm very happy at the way it came out.
