Tea anyone?

So, I normally hate coffee shops. The people there usually bug me. Today was quite different.

Its about 8:00 this morning and I'm sitting at work feeling hungry. I'm in the mood for a bagel, I had a 15 minute break and I didn't feel like standing in line at Dunkin' D's. So, there is this little coffee shop across the street from my store called Perk Station, figured what the hell.

So, I get over there and am reading the menu to figure out how much a regular coffee was when I read the following on their menu

Hot Tea Bag $1.49

I instantly started laughing. Maybe it was some recent stress, maybe it was the fact that it said HOT TEA BAG, but man alive it made me laugh out loud.

So I'm still laughing pretty good and the next up in line, so I order a Hot Tea Bag and an everything bagel. The clerk looks at me like I'm nuts and asked what type of tea, not being a tea drinker I ordered a green tea because... Well because I could. He then follows with what size, I reply large.

So the funny is sorta wearing off, that is until he calls the order back.

"I need a Large Hot Green Tea Bag"

I busted out with a laugh that I couldn't control. So I grabbed my phone to take a picture of the menu when the manager stepped in front of me and told me I couldn't(I'll get a picture somehow guys). She then handed me my hot tea bag and bagel and I was off on my merry way.

On my way out a guy was coming in. I said ,"Try the hot tea bag, its awesome!" Another puzzled look, but it amused the **** out of me.

Are hot tea bags a common place item at coffee shops, or is this a one-off item?
