Unhappy 1:1 Crawling world loses two greats in 2 weeks.

Both were good friends of mine...

Dozer on left, Willy's on the right.

Jason "Willyswanter" Payne 8/2/1982 - 8/23/2007

Quote:
Jason's Dad: "I don’t know what to do and really don’t want to do anything. Jason was on an off road trip with a large number of his friends and they decided to swim to an island in Lake Tahoe and he never made it. His friends pulled him up after about 5 minutes under water, did CPR for about a ½ hour until life fight arrived and they continued CPR for another hour before giving up. Esteban came by last night and laid in our driveway and cried for hours, we joined him. Every plan his mom and I had for the rest of our life included Jason, I’m totally lost.

Everyone please remember, he loved four wheeling and loved all the forums and just wanting to help everyone and my God he was a fantastic fabricator; I just loved to watch him work on his truck. Please go to www.jasonpaynememorial.com, all of us in his family would love to hear your thoughts about Jason as well as any photos, movies, links to forums about or by him etc.

Noel "Dozer" Chadbourne11/1961 - 8/2007

Quote:
HIs Wife Debbie: You have no idea what a shock this has been. Life is so very precious
and we all need to realize that. Noel knew that more than anyone and
I believe that is partially what made him such a wonderful, kind and
giving man. He was always saying he was "just a man" and wasn't real
smart, didn't know what to say or how to do the right thing. He had no idea what he gave to people everytime he spoke to someone or helped someone out. He was so very amazing. He loved his family and loved God. He struggled every day to just make it through in the last two months. Refusing at the end to go to the doctors because they wouldn't
listen to him. We all knew he was having problems, but, never dreamed this was going to happen. Friday he was up working on the office he was trying to build, Saturday he was gone. So very unfair.

He wanted so badly to wheel again...that was to be on Labor Day Weekend at Rubicon. I truly hope there are lots of rocks in heaven
with him.

Please keep the family in your prayers. There are 16 children that are hurting so badly, and don't understand how this could happen to such a wonderful dad. He didn't know how to do it any other way than wonderful.

Debbie

Wow, i feel for the families of both of those people. If no one had noticed, Jason was working on a 1/4 scale build, was an amazing build up.

My prayers go out to both their familes.

Those are both very tragic realities. Our time on earth is very short, reminds me to not waist a day. Thoughts and prayers for both and their families.
