Sick fiero There is a guy that comes to the local cruise nights by us with one, it has a 350 tpi IROC motor in it, you can usually tell they are not real because they are smaller. -Mike |

I just can't see being that big of a poser! It's like putting a Hummer kit on a chevy. If you can't afford the Real thing then don't try to fake it.

What is with the fake front disc brakes. I don't know how good the geometry is on that shifter. But there is a point to having the shifter that tall. Unless one is a "gangster street racer" they are supposed to drive with both hands on the wheel. By raising the shift lever next to the wheel the time it takes to move your hand from the wheel to the shift knob and back is shortened. Take a look at some professional level wrc, jgtc, and scca racing cars and some will have similar set ups. Or check out the Koenigsegg CCX one of the few super-cars out there that has a real manual gear box. Here is a good comparrison. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TSZs-myn5xg The shift lever on the Evoluton is less than 6" from the wheel. It is a sequential set up but the original idea is still the same. Where the s2k is more than 12" away. I agree with you though it did look funny to me as well when I first saw cars like that. |

I've seen 350's stuffed into Fiero's before, they should have done that. What kind of exhaust can you install that makes a V6 sound like a V12? |

Shoot. Take that car and put in a V8 conversion with a 5-speed and watch it go. I've seen V8 Fieros lift the fronts on takeoff. |

Any one heard of the RST V8? Small and silly powerful (about 2L and produces 380bph N/A and over 500bph with turbo) would go very nicely in there with a 6-speed sequential ;)

There is a norstar bolt up kit that only requires like 1 actual part to be modded on the car and the rest of the kit is bolt up mounts n such.
