| Ebay Help...
I know I don't post here too often, but I need a little eBay help. Last Tuesday, 8/21/2007, I purchased a NIB Tamiya TLT-1 kit from the eBay seller tamiyaking and within 15 minutes I sent the payment in full to gdlookin71@aol.com via PayPal. It was late at night when I sent the payment so I figured I would here from him the next day, well today is Wednesday, 8/29/2007, and I have still not received any kind of response from him and I have not received any package. So what should I do? Turn him into eBay and PayPal? If so, how do I go about doing that? I'm very illiterate when it comes to the eBay thing because I have never had this kind of problem. Anything you can tell me to help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Dusty P.S. I just found out that eBay will not let me make a claim until 8/31/2007... |

Have you contacted the seller yet? Ask for a tracking number. It really has not been that long yet. I personally ship items the same day payment clears. But one is allowed a 14 day grace period I think. |

| I have tried to contact the seller several times via eBay and the email from his PayPal. He has NOT responded to anything I have sent him. I asked for a shipping conformation the very first night I paid for the item. Also it has cleared my bank as far as I know.

Just chill out and have patience. I have bought plenty of stuff through Ebay with no contact from the seller and a few days later I get my package. 8 days is not enough time to start wondering if you should file a dispute with Paypal, and pestering him with emails isn't going to get your TLT to ya any faster. I wait 10 - 14 days to contact the seller if I havn't heard anything or got it yet. Not long ago I got a bunch of stuff from Team CRP and took 20 + days to get to me.

| Did you pay with an instant transfer or an echeck? If it's an echeck, expect things to be delayed long enough for the payment to clear your account and be sent to his Paypal account (4-5 business days usually).
