| Qwest Customer NON-Service
Anyone else have trouble with them? I am about to get on the phone with the CEO of Qwest, and would just like to know if I am the only one that has non stop trouble with the customer service department. They have not done one thing correctly. My original order was so screwed up they had to cancel and reorder. THEN they hooked my service up to my Neighbors cabin! So it took them 3 weeks to get a dial tone at my house. ...then another week to get the DSL hooked. Ever since it has been nonstop BS. My bills have all been wrong, I never got any of the order change confirmation because the lady that set the account up checked the box to not receive account change updates. Its been 4 days trying to get the long distance block off my line that I never asked for, AND they have been charging me for. I was told the block would be lifted in 24 hours last Monday. Its Thursday and I STILL can't make a long distance call. I would just like to see if anyone else is having any problems as I have mentioned. Thank You. WC |

You should try working for a phone company that has to use them....I establish 911 service all over the country and to be honest there are allot worse than qwest, you should try southwestern bell (the New ATT lol)

weve had good results as far as acount stuff and getting hooked up. if by anychance you need to call them because of dsl trouble ask strait away for a teir 2 service person, the teir 1s are the newbs and go over basic stuff and tell you its your fault its messed up and they cant do anything. teir 2 is your best friend when it come to tech probs. go luck. |
