You haven't lived till you watch Jason beat the snot out of his! He landed it upsidedown in 6" of water at Finishline Raceway once sucked the motor full of muddy water! He squeezed the water out of the foam, pulled the plug out and gave her a few tugs to clear her out and she was good to go. If I had the dough I would have one fo sho!

After winning the one at Nationals I have decieded to get out of crawling so I'll have more time to drive the Baja. Just kidding but IF I could only own 1 RC car or truck it would with out doubt be the Baja it is the most fun I've had in years!!! It is well worth the money. It is very tough, even though I've broken it twice now. Still waiting on parts to arrive from Tower, I wish my LHS stocked parts for it. You better have a big yard and not care about the grass that grows in it! |

I love mine. Haven't had any time to play with any of my rcs lately, but where my new house is, I have the entire west mesa of Albuquerque to play with it. I do plan on taking it with me down to the lake (loads of sand down there) this weekend. If I can get some time, I'll take video and pics. |

Ill be picking up one of the SS models as soon as they become avalible. I had the origional and loved it. I actually sold it to get into crawling. Luckly I sold it to my neighbor so I still get to bash it from time to time. Now that Proline just released a new Badland tire for it the thing should be even more of a ground ripper.

I bought one and love it. I had to buy my wife one too... I built a mini "dirt bike" track / 5b track on my land. We have beat the heck out of them without breaking one part. The only downfall is that the "hoop ups" are expensive too and I can't leave well enough alone...

What's up with tuning the 5B? Is it a pain in the azz or do you just fuel it up, prime it, and yank the starter a couple times like a lawn mower? They run on 2-cycle mix gas not nitro right?

| I had one sold it and have the new SS version coming soon I hope. If a guy can get away with spending close to a grand for a RC car with his wife Get it They are a blast, and the last time I ran mine I went for an hour and ahalf on one tank of gas |

They're even sweeter with a tuned pipe No dicking around with tuning, just gas and go, and go, and go. I'd love to see a 5T, though. |

You don't have to tune it that much nothing like a nitro. Yes premix and 87 octane. I can get almost 3 tanks on a half gallon. I'm still new to the baja stuff but learning.
