| funny stuck
i was croosing the water in front of the van w/ my quad and got stuck, so we went to pull it out w/ the van and that got stuck. it was just on some slick dirt and had no traction so it sat there sinking from 10 to 5. bad part is my quads belt was slipping so bad i couldint drive it let alone pull the van back. thank god that my brother came to pull us out. we didnt see anybody all day till we were already leaving. good thing is my parents let me order a winch for my quad. both sides lookied like this at 10. btw i got the van just for quad hualing. paid 100 and put 300 into it. just needs a horn and tires Last edited by cammok5; 10-20-2007 at 02:38 PM. |

Oh ok. I thought you said someone pulled you out. Anyways when will your winch be in? What kind did you get? Also check Tractor Supply Co. I have noticed some decent deals on 2000lb winches there for atvs.

Too bad your dad hasn't taken the quad away and bought you a decent dictionary instead.

I've never gotten a quad so stuck we didn't just muscle it out. ESPECIALLY in the water... ours would float once we got off.

The van or 4 wheeler? If it was the 4 wheeler how could it have been stuck so bad that 3 people couldnt lift it out? Ive gotten my griz in a few sticky situations but nothing that me and a few friends couldnt lift it out of. | |

Well looking at how deep the van is sunk it couldnt be any more than 8-10" deep. Now your telling me that me and a few friends couldnt lift a 4 wheeler 10" off the ground? When you out of grow your tricycle i'll take your comments serously.
