| Any geo metro owners?? help
We picked up a 97 metro 4door w/ 4cyl. We blew a fuse for the stereo/power socket, no biggie replace the fuse..... I look in all the normal places for a fuse block including under the hood. found the master fuses for the heater and ABS so on.... disappointed that I can't find the Acc fuses I crack open the owners manual:-( Look at the little diagram and it says its under the steering wheel and just to the left, remove the little panel and there it is...... NOPE I look theres no little panel, no big panel just the plastic dash cover that makes it all look pretty. thinking that Geo changed there molds I pulled that off found the molded recess where the fuse block should be but nadda. Did geo move it to another location and not update there manual?? its in there somewhere but damn if I can find it... |

I was under the impression that a blown fuse would actually total out a geo metro. call a chevy dealership- after they get done laughing they should be able to answer your question. |

i did finally find it, they moved it from on the plastic under dash to the firewall above the clutch, they just didn't update the manual. if it didn't get 50mpg and was cheap as he!! I'd swear I'd roll it down a cliff |

Some of may look goofy driving them ( I own a 3 cyl 2 dr hatch) but that is ok since I can insure it for less then 20 bucks a month along with it costs me less then 25 dollars in fuel a month. Sure in much nicer then putting 100+ in the pickup each week.
