TV resolution is not even close to true Monitor Resolution. 1080p can't touch the resolution, or refresh rate of a 19" Desktop monitor. I mean I like the novelty of big screens, but I'm just stating the facts of the TV monitor versus a PC monitor. |

What are you talking about? 1080p is 1920x1080. Find a 19" monitor that will display that. the best i can find is 1400x900. Who cares about refresh rate? As long as it doesn't ghost, i could care less if its 2ms or 20ms

Pixel size also becomes and issue. Here's just a few quick samples of monitors in 19" pushing 1280 x 1024: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824138034 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824197018 Not to steal Stang's post, I'm sorry Stang. Can you compare RealFlight 3.5 to 4? Have you played both?

You make no sense whatsoever. How can you even compare the two? Your 1280x1024 is a jacked up resolution right off the bat. Maybe its your native resolution but its 5:4 so your picture isn't going to be scaled correctly if you run it full screen. HD is based on the 16:9 aspect ratio so to even try and compare it is ignorant. Based on your math, a 15" monitor with a resolution of 1129x903 is 1080p. pixel size is irrelevant. Computer monitors demand smaller pixels since you are so close to them. Tv's can have larger pixels because you don't sit 3 feet away from them.

I messed with this "game" at the hobby shop the other day and was crashing a heli all over the place. I have never flown anything RC, but in 10 minutes of playing around, I was startin' to do stunts.....and crash even more. |

Where do you guys download planes from? I have a real Cx2 heli (along with some other planes) and I would love to have one for G4, also what exactly did you use to connect to your HDTV, I have one in the house as well, and this seems like a pretty cool idea since the game has awesome graphics but as soon as you are flying far away your plane is a pinprick on the screen (like real life, granted). let me know |
