Default 09 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Revealed

Powered by a supercharged LS9 6.2L small-block engine, the ZR1 hasn't even received an official horsepower number from the engineers toiling away at the General. All Harlan Charles, project manager for the Corvette team was able to tell us last week was the new high-powered 'Vette engine is capable of producing at least 100 horsepower per liter. That's at least 620 horsepower, and approximately 595 lb.-ft. of torque

I wonder how it fairs around the Nurburgring.

Wonder if it can beat the new GTR's time.

i doubt it.. that gtr is INSANE!!!! 0-60 in 3.3 seconds.. i have a hard time thinkin that a 2wd car could beat that to 60 let alone in the 1/4... that and the vette only has @ 35 hp more then the gtr.. i cant wait for edmonds or top gear to do a comparison test between the 2... You tube! Youtube! youtube! youttube!!!!

www.edmonds.com has a video of the gtr full review but so many dang people are trying to watch it right now i have only been able to view the first 15 seconds.. the launch control on that car is sick..

I wanna see video of this LS9 in action!!!! Bring on the smokey burnouts!!!!! aaaahhhhh..i can almost hear the rev limiter now... sweet dreams boys!
