Hey Log, Have you had any issues with the clip on your MP5? Do you have to wind it after about 20-30 rounds or can you go longer? I am about to get this one

That's a nice one, you'll like it. Just don't crank voltage up too high, with that aluminum piston head high volts will be hard on gear train. I was turned onto this stuff called super lube. Safe for seals and works well in the gears, so far so good. I'm tearing mine apart tomorrow for a new spring so we'll see what it looks like after a couple thousand rounds. Otherwise white lithium for gears, and I was told thickest silicone your LHS has.

Yea I used 100wt on the seals in my mp5 and it seemed to work well.

That's the same gearbox and body as the mp5 I had, you could run alot more than 30 before rewinding. I'd think that problem would be in the mag and mp5 mags are pretty cheap.

Sounds like we may have quite the crowd for the 25th game.

I get a good 50-75 per wind, I have not had any issues with my clips. I think they are mostly the same guns. The reason I got the Vector Arms is, They are an Echo 1 Gun. Then they are sent to Vector and they upgrade the gears and spring and do some other fine tuning.

This is the one I have. This looks nice!!!

I'm using a 2200 3s lipo now with a battery bag on the stock. It seemed to help balance the weight out some too.

Are you running stock internals? I have read several places that its really really hard on everything, Im not even sure where to begin to have internals that can stand up to that...

I've upgraded most all my internals, only thing left stock is the gears but they are already xyt hardened gears, should be alright with m120 or less for awhile. I'm gonna try a 3 cell 123 pack soon with the high speed motor I bought and see if I can handle that. I'm gettin spoiled on this ROF now though

So who all is going this time? Sounds like Jason "the roofer" and head shot Stewie are in for sure, who else?

400fps is the max for everything.

anymore than that just takes the fun out of it.
