| Im sooo excited!!!!!!!!!!
DUDES!! Hobbytown west has both the spectrum DX3R and the new all steel internal DNA dig waiting for me behind the counter!!!!!!!!!! The Dig is like $10more than what i found on the net, but the Dx3r is $40 less!!!! holy shit!! i think i may have everything all set up for the comp on Sat morning should the build go easy!!!!!! So a quick question, on the rear drive shaft, how much do i have to cut off the male end to work right? |

Right on man, good to see some progress. They say on the DNA-RC website that you should cut off 3/8 to 1/2 off both the male and female.

As far as your rear shaft, it's hard to say. Do you have a stock chassis? My chassis has the transmission mounted forward on the skid. I only had to cut 1/4" off but if you have the stock chassis, I'm sure you'll need to do more. | |

from reading the online instructions, i have to mount my tranny and motor backwards (flip it around) and reverse my polarities on my motor. this is where the spectrum comes in! |

sooooooo, ive been reading the DNA instructions online. once it all goes back togeather, the skid has to turn around, mounting the motor and tranny backwards of its current running condition by flipping everything around (Motor tranny and driveshats) to the opposite sides and directions of where they are currently... wont this completly eff up my suspension tuning? lol? i.e. all my squat #'s and anti torqe twist positions? |
