Basically go to Mapquest.com type in your location, the type Mount Evans as your ending location. The very top was my plan! The main road is called 103 to Mount Evans Scenic Byway, which you can access from either Idaho Springs or Evergreen/Bergen Park. Last edited by 666; 08-10-2009 at 06:19 PM. |

I would like to be at the entrance around 9:30-10, I should be driving my Landcruiser if anyone wants to ride with me. That is if I get a alternator. Could be stormy up there so the earlier the better, anyone that climbs mountains knows you want to bag the peaks before the afternoon storms. |

So Patrick, is this the entrance you will be at? 15 miles South on State 103 from Idaho Springs to Mount Evans Entrance Would prefer to meet up and follow up the mountain, I have never been up to Mount Evans. Thanks, |
