Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had a spare XR10 flanged bearing I could purchase. One of my Acer bearings broke and I really want to comp this weekend.

all i have is the stockers.....seriously doubt you want those.............im trying to get my xr fastback up for this weekend.....stalking the mailman...need my punk and im ready to go

I actually broke an acer bearing. A stock one is fine just to get me running. BTW I have a punk switch!

I have all the bearings too Wes if you just want to change it out at the comp. I will bring them with me.

i hooked him up with a couple spares...and did some awesome trades thanx wes....it works great i cant wait to drive it

Van, I'm glad the punk switch is working for you.

I made another order of Acer bearings that should be here tomorrow so I should be set as far as spare bearings. Its amazing, I called every bearing dealer in Denver and none have that size.

I should have the 5mm x 9mm x 3mm flanged bearings by Friday. I also have the reamer to up size the holes correctly. If you want Wes I can modify your plates for you if you want. The load rating doubles by going up to the 5 x 9 x 3 bearing over the 5 x 8 x 2.5 bearing.

all new wires and such....cleaned up nicely...i think i can deal with the weak solenoid for right now

Tom, I sent you a message. How many bearings did you order? Is there a way to source them locally?

I can not find anything locally in a 5 x 9 x 3 flanged bearing. I ordered 40 boca bearings. For some reason I think I should order more because I have a feeling I will be doing a lot of the local guys and girls XR10's. Right now with Becky and mine I have enough to do 6 sets of axles.

If anyone is interested please let me know. I do not want to order a ton of bearings and get stuck with them. I thought about charging $18 to mod your two plates and supply 6 boca bearings.

Bearings just showed up. I will be moding mine and Becky's today. As soon as I get Wes's plates I will do his. I will do Van's and Bob's. I have enough for one more set. Again if there is enough interest I will order more bearings.
