Beware timid souls and prepare yourself for a night of fun and fright at the Haunted Forest Scale Adventure at Buffalo Creek.

Location: Buffalo Creek comp site. 5-5:45pm sign-up. 6pm start $10 per rig.

Your mission if you choose to except it.
-Negotiate through numbered gates (blue on the left and red on the right.) and complete the trail through the Haunted Forest back to Base Camp.
-Drivers must collect bones along the trail to make a one complete skeleton to bring back to Base Camp. You must have one complete skeleton to complete the course. Drivers are encouraged to team up with other drivers to find/collect bones
-Find/collect one (and only one) "numbered" colored skeleton along the trail to bring back to Base Camp.
-Bone Collector prizes will be awarded once all drivers return to Base Camp.

Driver and Rig specs.
This event is open to all 1.55, 1.9 and 2.2 wheeled scale trucks. Your scale rig must be 1/10 car / truck with a scale chassis or custom tube scale chassis. Tires that fit these wheels must be a scale licensed manufactured tire or knock offs. Tires must resemble the real thing and can only be siped or grooved.

-5 scale items are mandatory.
-5 Halloween themed scale items are highly recommended.
-Unlimited amount of lights on your scale rig is allowed and a headlamp/flashlight is highly recommended.
-Costumes are encouraged.

Driver Preparation.
-Be ready and dress for cool/cold weather.
-Hiking shoes and/or boots are recommended.
-Pack plenty of water for the trail.
-Pack extra batteries, parts and tools for the trail.

Rules.
-HAVE FUN! but be on the lookout for spooks, specters and ghosts along the trail in the Haunted Forest!
-Picking up vehicles is not allowed, if a vehicle requires repairs or a battery change it must be done where it stopped
on the ground. “Hand of god” rollovers are allowed, but only to put the vehicle back on its wheels. Pushing the vehicle
up an obstacle or carrying it is absolutely not allowed and anyone seen doing it will be given a DQ for the event.
-A driver can not drive through a trail marker and reverse back through it to avoid trail obstacles. This will result in a
DQ. The trail is directional and a driver must maintain the intended direction of travel. Reversing through the trail marker in the intended direction is ok.

Me and Erin (my wife) are planning on making this. I need a stock driveshaft for a scx10 and possibly new rear shocks for my hammer. I'll get them either tomorrow or this weekend.
