I'm coming up from the springs for the first time to check out the crawl space the weekend of June 23. I run a wraith and an scx.... Anything I can get into this weekend?

The RC4WD scale series runs that weekend on the 24th. The location for the comp has yet to be released though. Otherwise the Pro/Sporty comp is that Saturday

Thanks man. Probably too late to get in the scale series, eh? And excuse my ignorance.... I'm just a scaler guy, but what's sporty? I assume comp is xr10s and the like... Again, forgive my stupidity.

It's never too late to get into the scale series. Even if you run in one event only, there will be no problems.

The Pro rigs are what you perceive them to be. XR-10, Berg, Bully and other MOA based (motor and trans on each axle) rigs. The ultimate crawling rigs.

The sporty classes are more of a grassroots crawling. Typically they are shafty rigs (single motor and trans, driveshafts to each axle) which are based on the AX-10, Losi Comp Crawler (No dig used), Losi Night Crawler, Venom Creeper, etc.

Right on dude. My bad for missing all this, my email notification has been slow lately but thank you Marcus for filling him in on all the info

More than likely we will host the Sporty/Pro comp at the shop since its gonna be way hot that Saturday and we'll be out of the shop on Sunday for the Colorado Scale Series comp

We will be hosting the comp at the shop since the weather forecast calls for hot as hades temps and we got enought air conditioned comfort to share

9am start time, first courses set up til 11:30 ish.

Hey you! Read up there (he's not a flip off he's pointing up). The comp will be at the store as it is going to be blazing hot out.

The next Sat Comp will be at Daniels

Got some rocks moved around tonight so be ready for some new terrain to play on this Saturday. We're planning on setting courses Friday night but if anyone wants to show up early Saturday morning before the comp to set a course or two let us know
