Default Red rocks 1-1-08 Sober Up Fun Crawl

Wondering if anyone would want to go out to red rocks around 1 on new years day. I know everyone has christmas gifts they want to try out. This will be a great way to sober up from the night before. Well anyway i will be out there at 1. I will bring a small broom but there is still plenty to crawl and have fun on. I would recommend bundling up...ha

I would have if I had seen this! I have a new rig to try out, and Redrocks sounds like the perfect place to me! I participated in a "fun fly" at the Arvada field and the weather was perfect, well, no wind anyway.

Any time any local guys want to crawl send me a PM.

If you know of any local landscaping that is suitable for crawling lemme know! I live next to City Park and the "box canyon" by the museum is under too much snow.

Darn, wish I would have seen this yesterday. My son and I were looking for a place to try out his new crawler. I would be surprised tho if Red Rocks wasn't covered with snow. Everywhere we went in town sucked.

no pics. There turned out to be like 7 or eight people out there. The rocks were in pretty good condititon and it was lots of fun. This week will be nice and warm so the rocks should be good and snow free for next saturday/sunday. hope to see you out there xmattx

You mean this weekend? Like tomorrow? In any case I'll be heading over to Redrocks Elementry by where the "Rock Race" was held sometime this weekend and scout around. I've been driving mine next to a clients house up in the mountains and even though some of this stuff has melted off it's still a little too snowy. Hard to tell if the tires are working right when they are packed with snow and ice!

Anyone else interested? I have a new baja bug body to destroy!
