Default Video "For Sale" ad!

Could we post a for sale ad with a video in it? Have it linked to YouTube? I've been thinking about this for a while now. Instead of taking a crap load of picts I could just do a video run through of the item or items! This way they could see everything and you can give details of the item We would still have a price posted in the thread and follow all of the rules in that forum. How about it? Let me do one and see how it goes? Other advantages would be the buyer seeing the part of rig run/work.

Maybe even have video build threads instead of picts? Would this slow the site down or over load it?

I wanted to check first and make sure it wouldn't effect the site in any way. Vendor star or not I don't want to do anything that would slow the site down. We already have the fastest RC site IMO.

I'll get to work on one and get it up in the next day or so, thanks Pat

I don't want to speak out of turn but I would think linking to a video off site wouldn't affect the site any more than linking to photobucket images, especially given this site does not embed the videos.

Funny this came up now too, since I have a rig I want to sell (when I get a half shaft to extend the driveshaft, lol) and was going to do a youtube "for sale" video for it...

Well that's why I was checking. I don't know a lot about what does and doesn't effect the site as far as links, photos, ect..... Never hurts to ask before you just up and do it You wouldn't want everyone making a video then posting it on here in the video forum and just making a link to that spot on here. I would think that could effect the site, see what I mean? So I will make one, upload it to youtube then link it Virtual Selling!
