| New Bright Forum?
I notice you have alot of very interesting and helpful things on here. As well as a section for the Nylint crawlers. Why not one for the newbright ones? I mean theres alot of guys who have done some pretty nice stuff with thiers. I mean it's no major crawler and it pales in comparison to the expensive ones. But If nylint why not newbright? Just curious.

The Nylint's hands down spank the **** out of the newbright trucks when crawling. The only thing a newbright truck is good for is the scale bodies. In other words, there is no way in hell that we are going to add a newbright forum right now. | |

The nylints are better out of the box.....fron what i hear. But the newbrights are easier and better to customize. There's guys puttin 4 links,3links 4 wheel steering all sorts of crap on these. A cpl guys are getting over 80° of flex on their axles. Sorry we can't have tons of money for a "REAL" crawler. But for $60 and basically no extra cost to modify it's a great thing to play with. As well as get started into r/c crawling. Some of you seem to think your on some sort of pedistal with your **** not stinkin......but god damn......dont be stupid about it. A simple no would have sufficed. |

Yup, pics and vid on the rocks (not milk cartons and couch crawling) are needed to prove these things are worth a darn. So far I have not seen any proof.

Theres a few forums here http://rcboards.com/eve?cdra=Y&s=4066057222 Lots of pics and vids there. From the little I read there, it seems you have to do quite a bit of modifying before they perform well. |

The mod's the newbright needs to perform "well" can all be done for free to very little. I mean why all the hostility towards them. I mean **** we're all trying to do the same thing. Just on different levels.

I bought a New Bright rockcrawler, don't waste RCCR's time or space for them. if anyone wants one, there is a free one in a dump in Orlando Florida. |

I bought a $6 "Xtreme Rock Machines" rig from Wally this week.........................can we get a forum started just for them?!?!?! I am pretty sure that after I put about $400 in this thing, it will be as capable as a semi-modded $45 nylint, yet less than a $80 TLT. WHERE IS THE XTREME MACHINE LOVE?????????? |

I got a popsicle stic, can we have a forum for that? I haven't really put much money into it but I bent it in the middle to give it more clearance.

wow i have only seen one nice new bright! but then again after all the moding and locking and cutting, and new motors and gears, its ready to compete with a stock nylint... i have an xmod that could out do a stock new bright! it is true new bright does have the nicer body but you could always go to a thrift store and pick up a used new bright for dirt cheap |
